Before we touch anything, we explain what needs doing and why, and we give you a clear price. If we find something else during the job, we call you first and only carry on once you have agreed.
If you are on holiday and something feels wrong with the car, message us on WhatsApp in English with the model and what you have noticed. We will tell you whether it is worth bringing in and when we can see it.
Please note: we do not offer towing or roadside assistance. If your car cannot be driven, call your insurer or the assistance number on your rental agreement and ask them to bring it to Z-Garage, Via Francesco Gondrand 2, Solferino. We will take it from there.
Regular servicing costs less than a breakdown
A service done on time costs less than a repair done in a hurry. We follow the manufacturer’s schedule for oil, filters and wearing parts, and we tell you in advance what is worth checking next time.

Vans and commercial vehicles
When a van is off the road, the work stops too. We try to find the cause quickly, agree the timing with you in advance and get the vehicle back to you as soon as we can.
Clear about what we do
We explain what we are replacing and why. If you ask, we show you the part we have removed so you can see its condition for yourself.
Work is by appointment. The workshop is open Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00 and Saturday 8:30 to 15:00; Sunday is by booking only.

Can I explain the problem in English?
Yes. Call or message us on WhatsApp in English. Tell us the make, model and year of the car and what you have noticed.
How does a service work with you?
We follow the manufacturer’s schedule: oil, filters and the parts that wear out. Before we start, we tell you what is included and what it costs.
Do you repair vans?
Yes, we service and repair light commercial vehicles, including working vans.
Will I know the price in advance?
Always. If something beyond what we agreed turns up during the job, we call you first and ask for your approval.
